Privacy notice.

Your enquiry

Guitarstore uses the name, email address, optional phone number, country, city, selected model and message you provide to respond to your enquiry. The request is stored with Guitarstore’s customer and draft order records.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing, reserve an instrument or create a payment obligation.

Essential storage

An essential session cookie and browser session storage support the enquiry form and prevent duplicate submissions. This interface adds no advertising trackers.

Manufacturer media

Catalog photographs are loaded from Ibanez’s website. Your browser sends a normal image request to the manufacturer when displaying those images.

Orders

Orders use Guitarstore’s existing checkout. The product, payment, delivery, warranty, return and privacy terms presented there apply to your order.
